Exciting News – We’re Moving!

We’re thrilled to share that our business is relocating to a new location! Starting May 1st, all self-pickup orders will be available at our new spot in Utopia, Ontario – just west of Barrie. We will be closed for self-pick ups and returns April 1st - May 1st but will still offer delivery and full setup services during that time. While we aren’t sharing the exact address just yet, rest assured we’ll provide full details to customers who arrange for pickup. Our commitment to quality service remains the same, and we look forward to continuing to serve you from our new location!

  • 1. View our inventory and add all the items you're interested to rent to your Wishlist.

    2. Select the dates and times you would like your items self-picked up or delivered and then returned.

    3. Before submitting for a quote, you will be able to choose whether you require delivery or full service quoted. This is where you will also be able to submit any questions or comments that will help us create your rental quote.

    4. Submit for a quote.

    We will send you a quote within 1 business day. (check your spam folders)

OUR BASE SERVICES

You Pick Up or We Deliver

You’ll be able to select if you require delivery or full service during your quote request submission.

Self-Pick Up

Save on delivery and set up costs. Pick up and return your rentals on your own at no extra charge. Our rentals are for up to four days. 

Delivery Service

If you don’t have time or the right vehicle to do self-pick up, we offer our Delivery Service. We’ll bring your items to your location and then pick them back up after your event.

Full Service

We can also do more with our Full Service option. We deliver and set up our rentals at your location. Every detail is taken care of so you can enjoy your event. Then we return to tear it all down and take it away.  

Full Service Plus

Take the stress out of your big day with our Full Service Plus option! Not only do we handle the setup and teardown of the items you’ve rented from us, but we go above and beyond to assist with any other of your decor/setup needs.

Have custom-made menus, favors, or centerpieces? Rented decor from elsewhere but need help setting those items up at your venue? We’ve got you covered. Simply let us know what additional items you need help with, and our team will ensure everything is beautifully set up and taken down with care.

With Full Service Plus, you can relax knowing all your decor is handled, so you can focus on enjoying your event!

We had White Willow decorate some arches with florals for our wedding at the Gibson Centre in Alliston and they also provided tables runners and chair covers for the reception. Magdalena sent photo inspiration to help choose designs and matched those designs beautifully. So reasonably priced, and they offer partial or full service takedowns at the end of the night. Will use them again for future events!
