Day of Coordination

We'll ensure that all your carefully planned details come together seamlessly and stress-free. From managing your timeline and coordinating with vendors, we’ll take care of it all. Add our Day of Coordination service and get 20% off on your rental and setup/teardown services.

What's Included

Pre-Event

  • Pre-Event Meeting: 
    6-8 weeks before your big day, we’ll meet with you for a personalized, in-person consultation at our location. During this meeting, we’ll discuss setup details, timelines and ensure we fully understand your vision to bring it to life seamlessly.
  • Communication:
    From that point on, you have access to unlimited phone, text and email communication during our regular hours
  • Itinerary Assistance: 
    We'll assist in the creation of the wedding day itinerary and schedule and ensure all vendors and necessary parties receive a copy at least a week prior to your event.
  • Site Walkthrough:
    we'll meet with you at your venue to discuss and finalize details.
  • Vendor contracts: Review of vendor contracts for details and clarifications of what is included by each vendor *this is not for legal advice*
  • Vendor Communication: 
    Confirm arrival times, logistics, and expectations with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and prepared for the day.
On The Day
  • On-Site Coordination: Be the main point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and guests throughout the event. From overseeing setup to managing vendors and swiftly resolving any unexpected issues. Ensure the venue is set up exactly how you envisioned.
  • Distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres to bridal party.
  • Decor setup: Set-up of decor items such as name placement cards, menus, guest favors, cake table, welcome table.
  • Guest Management: Assist guests with any questions, seating, or concerns to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any unexpected issues that may arise so you don’t have to worry.
  • Access to our Emergency Kit.
Pricing
  • Prep + up to 8hrs on-site
    $1,200 + HST
  • Travel additional and based on location distance.*
  • Additional hours required onsite @ $120/h

Additional Services Available:

• Ceremony rehearsal 
• Additional décor set-up 
• 2 hours of end-of-event clean up

*If you are already booking our rentals with minimum delivery service, there is no extra travel cost for coordinator.
